Nick Giacopuzzi, IT Manager, has been with Alert Communications since 2015.

Nick Giacopuzzi leads our IT team and initiatives at Alert Communications. Nick graduated at the top of his class and holds a degree in Computer Science with an emphasis in Systems and Cyber Security. Nick has held roles working as an IT specialist and a web developer prior to his career at Alert Communications. As the IT Manager, Nick works to ensure the infrastructure of our systems are sound and operating at peak performance. His knowledge and specialized skills in cyber security have proved invaluable to the company and to Alert leadership’s peace of mind!

Nick supports Alert’s business through sound processes and compliant practices.  He stays ahead of the latest advances in the field and the most current resources and equipment. Nick continues to  support the growth of our dynamic contact center with strategies that support the needs of our fast paced, evolving business and industry.

John Doucette, Solutions Architect, has been with Alert Communications since 2017.

John Doucette is our Solutions Architect. John has a wealth of experience with SQL server databases, data warehouses, and web applications and has held roles as a Developer, Systems Architect, and VAR consultant. John supports our systems, staff and clients by building custom integrations and applications that meet a variety of our internal and external needs. John delivers technology solutions to enable our business strategies to move forward and is highly skilled in consolidating and integrating processes and systems. Developing and implementing enterprise wide technology solutions and systems management is John’s specialty. John brings technology solutions and operations in line with our business needs.

Chris Hall, Software Developer, has been with Alert Communications since 2002.

Chris Hall is an expert in our call center systems and applications. Chris is self-taught and has worked closely with key member of our client facing teams to build necessary reports and applications to enhance our external and internal client experience. Chris has worked at Alert Communications since 2002 and understands the intricacies and parameters of our call center systems. He is a creative thinker that loves a challenge. He provides clients and teams with information, solutions and  improvements to achieve business goals.
