About Us

Chris is the Executive Vice President of Alert Communications. Chris brings almost 20 years of experience building products and services to legal professionals.

Prior to joining EverService, Chris served as GM of Caret Legal, a legal practice management company, SVP at Casetext, an AI-powered legal research provider, and Chief Product Officer at FiscalNote.

He holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance & Economics from the University of Delaware and a Juris Doctor from American University, Washington College of Law.

Josh is Vice President of Revenue & Sales at Alert Communications. He brings nearly 25 years of legal industry experience and has worked in a variety of roles during that time, ranging from sales to client management to strategy and executive leadership.

Prior to joining Alert Communications Josh worked at Thomson Reuters for 12 years, and most recently was Vice President of Sales of the Large Corporate Legal business segment. Josh and his teams have a history of success building strategic customer relationships by understanding the market and advising on ways to connect solutions with customer priorities. This has been the foundation to his teams’ long track record of sales achievements and awards.

Josh has a passion for leadership, sales, and coaching. When he’s not meeting with customers, he is likely spending time with his wife and their three kids. In addition, Josh invests quite a bit of time into working with local youth non-profits and sports photography.

Josh has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and English from Augsburg University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Kendall Williams is the Sr. Vice President of Operations for Alert Communications. Prior to joining Alert, Kendall held various leadership roles for Fortune 100/500 companies, including Nationwide Insurance, and AT&T.

As Sr. Director of Operations for Nationwide, Kendall led the migration from a premise-based technology stack to cloud-based. During his 16-year career at AT&T, Kendall was primarily responsible for improving several of AT&T’s contact centers across the country. Most notably, as Sr. Director of Operations, Kendall led the effort to build AT&T’s first contact center in
support of broadband (voice, video, and internet) subscribers.

Kendall earned his PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Northcentral University, and serves on the Customer Advisory Board for University of California – Santa Barbara.

Elisette is the Director of Customer Success for Alert Communications. Leading the Customer Success Division with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Elisette has a wealth of knowledge in the call center space with over a decade of experience.

Prior to her current role, she served the company by being a member of leadership in our Call Center Operations, Training Manager, and Solutions Consultant.

Jamell is the Director, Contact Center Operations for Alert Communications. Leading the contact center to improved results to clients by focusing on developing the human capital of the company is the team goal.

Jamell brings over 20 years of knowledge in the BPO industry having led numerous programs for fortune 100/500 companies. He has a background in Telcom, Insurance, T.V./Radio, and sales, driving success in all industries for clients by ensuring his team has the knowledge and obstacles removed from their way to perform effectively.
