Adrian Ruiz, Call Center Manager, has been with Alert Communications since 2004.
Adrian Ruiz works as our Call Center Manager and oversees our supervisory team. Adrian works on developing and implementing systems and processes to ensure our call center teams are efficient and productive. Adrian is one of many long term employees here at Alert Communications. Growing alongside the company, Adrian has seen the development of the organization and teams from the front-line. She understands the call center’s metrics and functions and she continues to implement effective strategies to support the ever growing staff of 200+ intake specialists.
