Alert Communications Wins ATSI Award of Excellence and Award of Distinction
Alert Communications of Ventura, CA was honored with the exclusive ATSI 2012 Award of Excellence for the eighth consecutive year. In addition, Alert Communications received their first (2012) Award of Distinction.
These awards are presented annually by the Association of TeleServices International (ATSI), the industry’s trade association for providers of telecommunications and call center services including telephone answering and message delivery across North America and the UK. Alert Communications was presented with the award at ATSI’s 2012 Annual Convention held at the Omni Hotel in Orlando, FL.

Independent judges are contracted by ATSI to evaluate message services over a six month period. The criteria for scoring include: courtesy, response time, accuracy and overall service to their clients. If the company scores 80% or better in ALL categories, they are presented with the coveted ATSI Award of Excellence. The program is now in its 16th year.
The Call Center Award of Distinction program focuses on Customer Relationship Management (CRM), courtesy, etiquette and proper call techniques of the Agents handling the application. This program assesses and controls the quality of service provided to the client. “Our agents were judged on their professionalism and friendly demeanor when taking intake forms for our clients. Intake forms were scripted and agents were scored on how knowledgeable they were and how the call flowed,” said Alert’s Staff Development Manager Jennifer Garcia.
“Winning the Award of Excellence is a great source of pride among our members’ call center staff. It is an external validation of the excellent service they are providing to their callers,” said ATSI President Beth Cooper.
Now an eight-time winner Alert Communications earned the Ruby Award for Eight consecutive years. ATSI extends its congratulations to the staff of Alert Communications on their proven quality service to their customers.
