Kendall Williams is the Sr. Vice President of Operations for Alert Communications. Prior to joining Alert, Kendall held various leadership roles for Fortune 100/500 companies, including Nationwide Insurance, and AT&T.
As Sr. Director of Operations for Nationwide, Kendall led the migration from a premise-based technology stack to cloud-based. During his 16-year career at AT&T, Kendall was primarily responsible for improving several of AT&T’s contact centers across the country. Most notably, as Sr. Director of Operations, Kendall led the effort to build AT&T’s first contact center in
support of broadband (voice, video, and internet) subscribers.
Kendall earned his PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Northcentral University, and serves on the Customer Advisory Board for University of California – Santa Barbara.
