Elisette is the Director of Customer Success for Alert Communications. Leading the Customer Success Division with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Elisette has a wealth of knowledge in the call center space with over a decade of experience.
Prior to her current role, she served the company by being a member of leadership in our Call Center Operations, Training Manager, and Solutions Consultant.
