Dear Client,

Earlier today, we sent an email regarding COVID-19 and how we are rising to the challenges it presents to our company and clients. We are now following up with specific information to help you manage through this difficult time and position you for success should unforeseen issues impact your business.

If you anticipate your office closing for any period of time or a change in the flow of your operations, please do not hesitate to reach out to us so we can discuss available options.
Some of the things you should consider and that we will want to discuss with you are:

• Forwarding your phone lines and digital leads
• Forwarding your office lines if you only use us for your marketing or mass tort campaigns
• Scheduling appointments
• Reaching instructions and phone numbers
• Staff and distribution lists
• A message for your clients

We also understand that if you are required to increase usage of our services, you may be worried about cost. Our teams are sensitive to this and can work with you on solutions. Cost savings solutions include:

• Voicemail
• Phone Trees

If you are only using our Retainer services, and your current Call Center can’t support your call volume, we can build a Standard Message (name, number, and brief message) form for you.
We anticipate that the changes to our clients’ operations will in turn require increased programming requests and account changes on our end. We encourage you to reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss your contingency plans, as we will likely have many requests to manage on our end.

Our Account Managers are ready to discuss how Alert Communications can support your business continuity. If you have a current Account Manager that you regularly work with, please reach out directly to them. If you do not, please reach out to us at or call us directly at 805.477.2120.

We realize this is not an ideal situation or topic to reach out to you about. We are grateful for our partnership and want to ensure you know how committed we are to your success.

Thank you,
Alert Communications
