Alert Communications Legal Intake Specialists Earn #1 Ranking in the Nation

Alert Communications call center in Southern California ranks #1 in North America and the United Kingdom for stellar call center services for attorneys.

Ventura, CA July 25, 2013 — Alert Communications received two prestigious awards at the Association of TeleServices International’s 2013 convention in Kansas City in June, including ranking #1 for the National Call Center Award of Distinction. The receptionists who were scored were part of Alert’s elite Attorney Answering Services.

The Call Center Award of Distinction is a tool used to measure the skills of professional Call Center Agents throughout North America and the UK. All measured Agents were trained as certified legal intake professionals.

After six months of testing, an independent panel of judges scores call-handling skills for “enhanced service” applications, focusing attention on customer relationship management, courtesy, etiquette and the use of proper call techniques, as well as response time and accuracy.

“Participating in the Award of Distinction is an award in itself,” ATSI President Maryann Wetmore said. “To meet the ever changing needs of clients requiring a higher level of attention and focus, Call Centers have had to expand their level of services. Winning the Award of Distinction demonstrates a proactive approach for going above and beyond the multiple needs of the client while providing enhanced service applications.”

The company also earned ATSI’s National Call Center Award of Excellence for the ninth consecutive year. In the Award of Excellence category, independent judges are contracted by ATSI to evaluate message services over a six-month period. The criteria for scoring include courtesy, response time, accuracy and overall service to their clients.

The awards are presented annually by ATSI, the industry’s trade association for providers of telecommunications and call center services, including telephone answering and message delivery across North America and the United Kingdom.
