As you know, I am frequently in court in the mornings and am busy with client appointments in the afternoon. I may be in either of two office locations on any given day. Wherever I am, even if I am on the road, with one simple call from me, the receptionists at Alert Communications know where I am and are able to connect my callers to me. When I am unavailable, with that same single phone call, Alert Communications explains to each caller that I am unavailable and connects the caller to voicemail or takes a message. 

Additionally, we save time by not having to take calls just to give out routine information like our address and fax number (If we could only figure out a way to address callers who call us just to confirm that a fax went through).  The special protocol for specific types of calls, such as always trying to connect a potential new case to me wherever I am and whatever the hour, is a wonderful tool that keeps me a step ahead of my competition. For our office, the fact that the receptionists at Alert Communications are able to perform with equal facility in Spanish and English is absolutely crucial.
