Training
Once part of our team you’ll engage in a rigorous training program. Our training team works methodically preparing new receptionists to handle various call types using state of the art call processing technology. Once on the call center floor our new trainee is assigned an experienced receptionist who will assist them for three weeks. Thereafter, all calls are monitored and frequently graded for quality purpose. Throughout employment our receptionists receive coaching and continued training.

Requirements
Employment requirements include but are not limited to excellent grammar, phone, and typing skills. Our service is 24/7/365 so evening and weekend shifts are often required.
Additionally, a growing segment of our business is Spanish services and we are always hiring Spanish-speaking receptionists.
